Installation Instructions:
1. Preparation: Before installing the metal hose, you need to confirm the installation location and ensure that the pipeline system is clean and free of debris, oil and burrs, etc., so as not to damage the metal hose. At the same time, prepare the required installation tools, such as wrenches, clamps, etc. 2. Determine the length: Accurately measure the required length of the metal hose according to the actual installation requirements. The length of the metal hose should be appropriate, not too long or too short. Too long may cause the hose to twist and deform during use, and too short may not meet the displacement requirements of the pipeline system. 3. Installation location: The metal hose should be installed in a location that is convenient for installation and maintenance, and avoid installation in a small space or inaccessible places. At the same time, keep away from heat sources, fire sources and sharp objects to prevent the hose from being baked at high temperature, burned by flames or mechanically damaged. 4. Connection method: Metal hoses usually have a variety of connection methods, such as flange connection, threaded connection, ferrule connection, etc. According to the connection requirements of the pipeline system, select the appropriate connection method and ensure that the connection is firm. During the connection process, pay attention to whether the installation position of the sealing ring is correct to avoid twisting, deformation or damage of the sealing ring to ensure the sealing of the connection. Flange connection: Align the flange of the metal hose with the flange of the pipe, and use bolts to tighten the two. When tightening the bolts, they should be tightened evenly in a diagonal manner to ensure the tightness of the flange connection. Threaded connection: Tighten the threaded end of the metal hose to the threaded interface of the pipe. During the tightening process, sealing materials such as raw tape or sealant can be used appropriately to enhance the sealing of the connection. But be careful not to let the sealing material enter the inside of the hose to avoid affecting the normal use of the hose. Ferrule connection: Insert the end of the metal hose into the ferrule, and then connect the ferrule to the pipe. The ferrule connection needs to be tightened with special tools to ensure that the connection between the ferrule and the hose and the pipe is firm and reliable. 5. Installation and fixation: In order to prevent the metal hose from shaking, displacing or twisting during use, it needs to be properly fixed. Fixing devices such as pipe clamps and brackets can be used to fix the metal hose to the pipeline system. The spacing of the fixing points should be reasonably determined according to factors such as the length, diameter and use environment of the metal hose. Generally, it should not be too large to prevent the hose from causing excessive vibration during operation. 6. Adjustment and testing: After installation, adjust the metal hose to ensure that it is in a natural stretch state without twisting, deformation or over-stretching. Then perform pressure testing and leakage inspection on the entire pipeline system to verify the installation quality and sealing of the metal hose. During the test, if any problems are found, the causes should be found and repaired in time until the test is qualified.

Installation precautions:
1. Avoid overpressure and overtemperature: Metal hoses have their specific pressure and temperature application ranges. During installation and use, avoid forcibly bending or stretching the metal hose to avoid damage to the internal structure of the hose. At the same time, pay attention to the displacement of the metal hose in the pipeline system to avoid excessive stretching or compression of the hose due to thermal expansion and contraction, vibration, etc. of the pipeline.
3. Regular inspection and maintenance: Check the metal hose regularly to check whether there are signs of damage such as wear, corrosion, cracks, etc. on the surface of the hose, and whether the connection parts are loose or leaking. If problems are found, the metal hose should be replaced or repaired in time. In addition, the metal hose should be cleaned and maintained regularly according to the use environment and medium to extend its service life.
4. Pay attention to media compatibility: The material of the metal hose should be compatible with the medium being transported to avoid corrosion or other damage to the metal hose. For example, for pipeline systems that transport corrosive media, corrosion-resistant metal hose materials such as stainless steel and copper alloy should be selected.
5. Follow installation specifications: When installing metal hoses, relevant installation specifications and standards, such as national standards and industry standards, should be strictly followed.
