This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a single wire braid reinforcement and a fiber braided cover.
INNER TUBE: high quality synthetic rubber
REINFORCEMENT: one or multi layers of high tensile steel wires
COVER: high quality synthetic rubber
APPLICATION:It's suitable for high pressure hydraulic lines and usual industrial systems,such as delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oils,used in some mobile equipment like farm tractor,dump truck and in-plant hydraulic equipment.
Purpose: Suitable for petroleum based and water based hydraulic fluids.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40 °C to +100 °C.

Avoid sharp bending of the hose near the joint, and if unavoidable, use attached metal fittings.
When the two ends of the hose move relative to each other, they should be kept on the same plane to prevent twisting.
Avoid fixing the hose at the bent part. If fixing is necessary, the bending radius should be taken at the position where the hose is pressurized, and an appropriate margin should be added.
Using a color code management system, spray corresponding color bands on rubber hoses of different pressure levels for quick on-site identification.
