This hose is very popular in high pressure working conditions and it is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic oils.
 
Features:
1.The tube is made from black oil resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose widely used in delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oils.
2.The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile and high strength thick spiraled steel wire in alternating direction, making the hose have very high working pressure.
3.The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion,corrosion,weather,ozone,aging and cut.

Applicable medium: petroleum-based hydraulic fluid

Inner rubber: heat-resistant oil synthetic rubber
Reinforcement layer: multi-layer ultra-high strength wire winding layer in alternating direction
Outer coating: weather resistant synthetic rubber
Temperature range: -40°C to +121°C

Designed for applications that provide steady system pressure, all sizes have a constant operating pressure of 6090 PSI. The hose is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the SAE 100R15 performance specification, with sizes ranging from 3/8 "to 1 1/2".
The hose series is of large caliber and consists of an inner layer of heat-resistant oil synthetic rubber, multiple layers of alternating directions of ultra-high strength wire winding and a weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer layer.

Packaging & Shipping

Delivery time depends on our order quantity, we usually 3-5 days one container.

After finishing the hose crimping machine, hose cutting machine and hose skiving machine, we will pack the hose. In general, the packing will use woven bag and plastic film. Special packing is available according to customers' requirements.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white wearable woven bags. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.
