SAE 100 R1 reinforced hydraulic hoses are widely used in medium pressure hydraulic systems. Due to its high-strength braided steel wire reinforcement, it can work under higher pressure compared to other rubber hoses.

High pressure hose is made of internal rubber ,middle rubber,2,4 or 6 layers of wire-wood,and external rubber .

One Steel Wire Rubber Braided High Pressures Hydraulic Hose:This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a single steel wire braid reinforcement, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

The hose consists of an inner tube, reinforcement, and an outer layer.
The tube is made of synthetic rubber and has excellent oil resistance, allowing the hose to transport oil or liquids more effectively. The reinforcement layer is composed of a single layer of high-strength braided steel wire. It makes the hose work well in high-pressure applications.
The outer layer is made of hard synthetic rubber, which gives the hose weather resistance, aging, wear, corrosion and other properties.

1. The inner and outer rubber layers are made of synthetic rubber with excellent oil resistance.
2. The reinforcing layer is made of high-strength chemical fiber materials.
3. The temperature of transmission medium is - 40 -+55 ºC.

The key points for installing hydraulic hoses include:

The assembly length of the rubber hose should have a certain margin to avoid sharp bending.
Avoid sharp bending of the hose near the joint, and if unavoidable, use attached metal fittings.
When the two ends of the hose move relative to each other, they should be kept on the same plane to prevent twisting.
Avoid fixing the hose at the bent part. If fixing is necessary, the bending radius should be taken at the position where the hose is pressurized, and an appropriate margin should be added.
Using a color code management system, spray corresponding color bands on rubber hoses of different pressure levels for quick on-site identification.
Regular maintenance, check for joint oil leakage, outer cracking, exposed steel wire, etc
The precautions for hydraulic hoses include:

The curvature radius of the hose should be more than 10 times the diameter of the pipe to avoid breakage or deviation.
Avoid sharp turns, and the bending radius should be greater than 9-10 times the diameter of the pipe.
There should be no twisting during installation.
The connection should be freely suspended to avoid self weight bending.
Avoid contact or friction with mechanical sharp corners.
Ensure that the working pressure does not exceed the specified pressure of the hose.
Regularly inspect and maintain hoses.
