Hydraulic rubber hoses are designed to transport hydraulic fluid through pipes made of oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Flexible hydraulic hoses have an inner tube, a high-strength reinforcement layer, and a synthetic outer layer.
Oil resistant tubing is an effective channel for transporting oil or fluid between different components to form a hydraulic circuit.
The reinforcement layer is made of high-strength braided steel wire, which can work under high pressure to prevent wear and tear.
The outer rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber, which has excellent weather resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance and other properties. Therefore, it is very durable and has a longer service life.

Packaging & Shipping

Delivery time depends on our order quantity, we usually 3-5 days one container.

After finishing the hose crimping machine, hose cutting machine and hose skiving machine, we will pack the hose. In general, the packing will use woven bag and plastic film. Special packing is available according to customers' requirements.

Packaging of rubber hydraulic hoses
In order to ensure the high quality of hydraulic hoses during transportation and storage, we usually use the following packaging methods:
1. Standard packaging
Winding and wrapping
Rubber hoses are usually rolled into rolls of fixed length for easy transportation and storage. Wrap each roll with plastic film or woven bag to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
Tie it with nylon straps
After the hose is rolled up, it is reinforced with nylon or plastic tape to prevent scattering. Some large-sized hoses are also tied with steel straps to enhance stability.
Labeling/changing labels
Each roll of hose will be labeled with a product label containing the following information: product model, inner diameter, outer diameter, length, pressure rating, production batch number, manufacturer information, etc.
 2. Tray packaging
For bulk export orders, pallet packaging is usually used for easy loading, unloading, and transportation:
The hose reels are stacked neatly on wooden or plastic pallets. We will also wrap the hose with plastic film to prevent it from loosening during transportation. Each pallet comes with a detailed product list and batch number information for easy inventory.
3. Customized packaging
According to customer requirements, the following customized packaging methods can be provided:
Boxed: Suitable for short sized or custom cut hoses to improve storage and transportation convenience.
Tray+wooden box: used for exporting ultra long hoses or sea freight, ensuring no damage during transportation.
Printing brand logos and customized labels: To enhance brand image, customer logos or company information can be printed on hoses or outer packaging.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white wearable woven bags. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
