SAE 100 R1 reinforced hydraulic hoses are widely used in medium pressure hydraulic systems. Due to its high-strength braided steel wire reinforcement, it can work under higher pressure compared to other rubber hoses.
High pressure hose is made of internal rubber ,middle rubber,2,4 or 6 layers of wire-wood,and external rubber .
The hose consists of an inner tube, reinforcement, and an outer layer.
The tube is made of synthetic rubber and has excellent oil resistance, allowing the hose to transport oil or liquids more effectively. The reinforcement layer is composed of a single layer of high-strength braided steel wire. It makes the hose work well in high-pressure applications.
The outer layer is made of hard synthetic rubber, which gives the hose weather resistance, aging, wear, corrosion and other properties.
