EN856 4SP/4SH Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose:
This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber; four spiral plies of steel wire wrapped in alternating directions, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

Hydraulic rubber hose EN856 4SP is mainly suitable for dry extreme high pressure hydraulic applications. It is a multifunctional, oil resistant rubber hose consisting of an inner tube, a reinforcement layer, and an outer layer. It also uses high tensile and high-strength steel wire reinforcement to enable the hose to work under high pressure conditions. The outer rubber layer is made of high-quality black synthetic rubber, which is oil resistant, weather resistant, and wear-resistant, providing protection for the hose to cope with complex outdoor conditions. EN 856 4SP is similar in product structure to EN856 4SH hydraulic hoses. But it can work under higher pressure at the same operating temperature. It is an ideal choice for mining, open-pit mining, and other high-pressure applications. It is reinforced with high-strength spiral steel wire, sturdy and resistant to high pressure. Therefore, it is suitable for connecting pneumatic machines and general industrial applications.

Flexible hose EN856 4SH can effectively transport hydraulic oil for high-pressure and high pulse applications. At the same operating temperature, EN856 4SH can withstand lower pressure than EN856 4SP hydraulic hoses. The hoses are made of oil resistant synthetic rubber, reinforced with four layers of alternating high tensile steel wire spirals, and covered with high-quality wear-resistant and weather resistant synthetic rubber. Therefore, the hose is durable and has a longer service life. EN856 4SH hydraulic hoses are recommended for use in high-pressure, high pulse, and general industrial hydraulic pipelines and systems.

Packaging & Shipping

Delivery time depends on our order quantity, we usually 3-5 days one container.

After finishing the hose crimping machine, hose cutting machine and hose skiving machine, we will pack the hose. In general, the packing will use woven bag and plastic film. Special packing is available according to customers' requirements.
