This Steel Wire Hose is mainly intended for diverse applications in the fields of forestry, agriculture, construction and others. It is integrated with a bend radius capability which allows an intuitive mounting and routing. This also enables a longer hose life in various curving applications and some of the bent tube fitting needs. 
 
It is enclosed with a black and oil resistant cover which is also integrated with a synthetic rubber. Its cover also comes with a color-optional line of marking. Its tube is black in color and is built with an oil-resistant tube material which enables high pressure and high temperature functionality.

The key points for installing hydraulic hoses include:

The assembly length of the rubber hose should have a certain margin to avoid sharp bending.
Avoid sharp bending of the hose near the joint, and if unavoidable, use attached metal fittings.
When the two ends of the hose move relative to each other, they should be kept on the same plane to prevent twisting.
Avoid fixing the hose at the bent part. If fixing is necessary, the bending radius should be taken at the position where the hose is pressurized, and an appropriate margin should be added.
Using a color code management system, spray corresponding color bands on rubber hoses of different pressure levels for quick on-site identification.
Regular maintenance, check for joint oil leakage, outer cracking, exposed steel wire, etc
