This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, a single wire braid reinforcement and a fiber braided cover.

Inner rubber layer: Black oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Outer rubber layer: Synthetic rubber with excellent weather resistance.
Reinforcement: Textile and Wire
Purpose: Suitable for petroleum based and water based hydraulic fluids.

 

Temperature range:- 40ºC-+100ºC(40F-+212F)

 

SAE100 R5 steel wire reinforced and fiber braided hydraulic hoses are an ideal choice for applications that require moderate pressure and pulse fatigue resistance, including petroleum based hydraulic oils, lubricants, water and air pipes Road, air brake system, power steering, fuel filter, turbine oil pipeline, and tilt cab cylinder. It consists of an inner tube, reinforcement components, and an outer cover.
The pipe is made of synthetic rubber that is oil resistant and heat-insulating.
The adhesive composition provides a good channel for transporting oil or fluid between different components.
The reinforcement layer is made of a single layer of woven steel wire, providing a sturdy structure for the hose.
The outer layer is composed of woven fibers.Make the hose weather resistant, aging resistant, and corrosion-resistant.

Recommended for use in medium pressure hydraulic oil pipelines or systems, such as hydraulic engines, oilfield extraction equipment, forklifts, mines, highways, engineering machinery, etc.
