SAE100 R6 Textile Reinforced Rubber Hoses:

SAE 100R6 textile braided hydraulic hose is commonly applied to low pressure conditions, especially where tight routing is urgently required. It is also including return & suction lines, power steering return hoses, lube lines and air lines without brake applications. Black nitrile tube is quite compatible with petroleum base hydraulic fluids with temperature ranging from -40 °C to +100 °C. Neoprene cover protects the inside parts from degradation from ozone, weather, oil and abrasion. Fiber reinforcement gives great flexibility to low pressure hydraulic hoses and suits narrow working spaces.

Materials:
Tube: High Quality oil resistant synthetic rubber, mainly nitrile
Cover: High quality weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber, mainly neoprene
Reinforcement: One layer of braided textile

Working temperature: -40 ºC~+100 ºC

Application: 
SAE 100 R6 textile reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids and it is mainly used in low pressure conditions. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality black synthetic rubber, which is resistant to oil, abrasion and corrosion. Therefore, the hose is widely used in the delivery of petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from one layer of braided textile, making it widely used in low pressure applications. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, cut, aging and sunlight. The hose has longer service life as a result.

These oil-resistant fuel hoses have a rubber cover. The hoses are used for return fuel lines, positive crankcase ventilation systems, and evaporative emission-control systems in motor vehicles. They are approved for use with leaded and unleaded gasoline, diesel gasoline blends or ethanol , methanol. These hoses are not for use as pressure lines on fuel-injected engines or in cooling-system applications.

Packaging & Shipping

Delivery time depends on our order quantity, we usually 3-5 days one container.

After finishing the hose crimping machine, hose cutting machine and hose skiving machine, we will pack the hose. In general, the packing will use woven bag and plastic film. Special packing is available according to customers' requirements.

before you pay the balance.
